International FoodTec Award 2012
For innovation in industrial plant and process technology
The DLG German Agricultural Society (Deutsche Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft), one of the co-organisers of the Cologne Anuga FoodTec trade fair for food processing technology, has joined forces with EFFoST (European Federation of Food Science and Technology) and leading trade journal publishers for the seventh round of the European FoodTec Award. The awards are made for exemplary innovation projects in the European food industry and their suppliers.
With the DLG and EFFoST, the partner organisations are Verlag Th. Mann of Essen, (publishers of trade journals European Dairy Magazine and „DMW - Die Milchwirtschaft“); Deutscher Fachverlag of Frankfurt am Main (publishers of trade journals Fleischwirtschaft and Fleischwirtschaft international); DLG e.V. of Frankfurt am Main (publishers of DLG-Lebensmittel); LT Food Medien-Verlag of Hamburg (publishers of Lebensmitteltechnik).
Time: 5 pm
Venue: Congress Centre East, Europasaal
The awards are made at three-yearly intervals.
