Multiple products can be processed with the Afogrill, both bulk and convenience products. The Afogrill combines two methods of heat transfer when grilling or colouring meat products, namely infrared irradiation complemented by classic convective heat. Both methods of heat transfer can be turned on and adjusted seperately generating the following advantages:
Minimum weight loss (sometimes less than half compared to conventional systems).
Low energy consumption
Start up and preparation for production takes only a few minutes.
Multiple products: by setting four parameters one single installation is capable of grilling a whole range of different products.
The Afogrill combines a high capacity with a small footprint (one third of the length of conventional systems)
The simple removal of the conveyor belt guarantees quick and efficient cleaning.
