The event

Global legislation is reshaping the refrigeration industry. The strict limits on the use of refrigerants with high Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) or Global Warming Potential (GWP) have resulted in businesses increasingly adopting natural refrigerants - such as ammonia and carbon dioxide (CO2) - to help reduce the impact on the environment. This switch to natural alternatives presents a number of new challenges that operators must face - not least when it comes to lubrication. And with refrigeration among the most complex industries from a lubrication standpoint, this presentation aims to give some guidance on these challenges and how an informed decision can help companies to overcome them.
