The event

Flavourtech Technology is used by market leaders for the continuous production of RTD & Soluble Coffee & Tea products produced from slurries. New developments now allow yields of greater than 50-55% to be achieved in soluble coffee while maintaining natural Roast&Ground flavours in the final product. The same technology can be used to recover FTNF (from the named fruit) aromas from fruit and vegetable mash and purees, as well as aromas and essential oils from herbs and spices.
By processing slurries of the raw material, or purees (in the case of fruits & vegetables) fresh aromas can be recovered while maximizing the overall aroma yield. This presentation will cover the main components of Flavourtech's Integrated Extraction System (IES) and how it can benefit companies improve their product and bottom line
