The event

The Counter Flow Injection Technology (CFIT)  is a procedure of the polyurethane industry which allows to produce stable consumer product emulsions with different viscosities. Beverage emulsions to get cloudy limonades are of low viscosity whereas cosmetical creams which are typically produced with rotar-stator-dispergators are high viscos. CFIT is characterized by nozzling the oily and aqueous phases oppositly so besides a droplet size decreasing effect by nozzling  a second effect by collision can be assumed. In the lecture, with  the mentioned examples the potential of CFIT will be shown.
