Lia Marlen Schmökel has a 10+ years track record of building food and health-tech startups from scratch (Kukimi, Nouri, Nutrition Hub) and worked for venture capital firms and corporates (Gruner + Jahr, Eventim, Jägermeister).

She is a TEDx speaker with a strong vision for an optimized food system that better serves the planet and its people. Business Punk Magazine voted her as one of Germany’s Top 5 Food & Lifestyle Innovators.

Lia earned a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry & nutrition from University of Potsdam, an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and was awarded a future female leader by University of Oxford. She is an alumni of the European Nutrition Leadership Platform and a member of Leaders for Climate Action.
