CITRUS JUICE EXTRACTOR CITROEVOLUTION3

The juice extractor CITROEVOLUTION3 is a high performing dedicated machine suitable to the extraction of high-quality drinkable juice from whole fruits.

This machine has been studied and manufactured to process citrus fruits having a diameter ranging from 55 to 75-80 mm with strong peels, such as oranges, lemons, and mandarins, to obtain high quality juice. It can also process fruits with diameter from 45 to 100 mm. Juice extraction is obtained from the centre of the fruit by means of centripetal compression carried out by suitable penetrating star-shaped cups. The fruit is perforated and compressed in a juice squeezing and refining cylinder with peel separation.

3-Heads model can run with a working capacity of approx. 15.000 fruits/hour.
