In line for another success? Terram 800G is launching into the palletizing industry.

Since the announcement of the Terram Palletizer in 2015, things went pretty well for Newtec Bag Palletizing. In fact, this new palletizer is becoming a real success. We’ve adapted to the customers’ requirements in terms of floor level in-feed supply of the palletizer. As a result, this changes absolutely EVERYTHING in the palletizing industry.

The maintenance, the cleaning and the access to all parameters and diagnostics are easier to handle and user-friendly. At the same time, a lot of space is being saved because of the compact and modular shape of the machine. It counts with a reduced noise-level and, most importantly, is eco-friendly yet it counts with a low energy consume. The palletizing quality is at his highest point and still continuously improving.

These are some of the many reasons why we consider the Terram as clean, intelligent and profitable.

Nevertheless, we came to the conclusion, that this product range would not be completely finished if we didn’t offer our clients a Terram with a grappling hook as an orientation system.

The main feature of this orientation module is that our customers can now overlap their bags on the same layer in order to maintain the integrity of the bag respecting at the same time the product in itself. In fact, the bag handling principle employed by this machine makes it suitable for the most difficult products, like for example: cereal, seeds, milk powder or flour. Apart from the food-processing industry, the new Terram 800G can also handle products from the chemical or the building material industry in bags from 5 to 50 kg.
