More power thanks to new technologies
Simple operation and increased performance
The newly integrated functions are therefore fully tailored to customer requirements. One of these is an optimized self-adhesive labeling station that applies labels to various containers with precision, regardless of whether these are glass or PET bottles or cans. The Innoket Neo Flex also features a swivel-arm HMI (Human Machine Interface) control panel that allows personnel to operate the machine from wherever they happen to be working – without being restricted by a fixed operating point.
KHS has also optimized its camera-based BOS or bottle orientation system. “Increased performance and more space in the machine for inspection systems, for example, are market requirements we can meet with our further developed, more compact BOS,” says Adolf.

Integrable KHS Innocheck inspection technology
Has the label been correctly applied? Is the best-before date easily legible? In order to reliably carry out these and other checks, KHS customers can integrate KHS Innocheck inspection technology directly into the modular labeler and benefit from simple operation through the HMI.
Manual format changeovers without tools
If label formats need changing, no tools are required: thanks to tool-free format changeovers, the machine can be switched over to the required format with just a few manual adjustments – quickly, easily and efficiently. With this, the KHS Innoket Neo Flex labeler fully adheres to KHS’ holistic line concept: it’s modular, networked and paired with consistently optimized processes – from orientation to final inspection.
