The event

What does sustainable food production of the future look like? The goal is to create a long-term ecological, social and economic balance to ensure food for current and future generations. One approach are smart factories.  

Smart Factories network machines and devices for real-time data collection, use automation such as robotics to increase productivity, and employ data analytics with AI to gain insights and optimize the process. The flexibility of these factories enables rapid adaptation to change. This leads to increased efficiency and product quality. At the same time, they promote sustainability by saving energy and resources and minimizing losses.
