The event

In times of climate change, environmental disaster and extreme weather and a constantly growing world population, water is becoming an increasingly valuable commodity. The costs of water will continue to rise. It is therefore of particular importance that water is used as efficiently as possible in the food industry. Technical possibilities exist in the circular economy, in the treatment process or in filter systems. How can water management be sustainable? How can I save water? The Deep Dive allows a change of perspective and gives you practical examples.
