The event

"Do it with taste"

Many of the over 6,000 companies of the food and beverage industry are still unknown as employers. Measured on its turnover, the food industry is the fourth largest industry in Germany. From start-ups to large corporations, from sweet to salty, from regional to global - the food industry in Germany offers an extremely broad range of employment possibilities. The search is on for motivated talent that wants to make a difference. The industry is hiring! We'll provide a brief impulse on the industry's structure and will show occupations, development perspectives and access routes.

Food production 4.0 – the human factor:

The food value chain corresponds to the supply chain from seed to fast food. It represents one of the most complex value-added chains in all branches of industry. The employers in the agri-food sector – from international to owner-managed food manufacturers or hip start-ups – are not just trendsetters and internationally successful. They are also interesting employers. The talk will cover the expectations of the companies, the professional perspectives of young applicants and tips & tricks in the application process.
