Early build up period

Advanced build up at Anuga Foodtec is possible for a fee.

Following the opening times for the early build up period:

Unfortunately, early build up is not possible in any of the other halls at Anuga FoodTec 2024.

Costs

The costs for the early build up are amounting to EUR 980,00 (plus VAT) per day, per exhibitor and hall level. The usage fee is charged at a flat rate for the entire period from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., even if the period is not fully used.

The invoice for the early build up will be charged exclusively to the exhibitor after the trade fair. Invoicing to a third-party company is not possible.

We would like to point that the heat will not be turned on in the halls until 10.03.2024, the beginning of the official build up period. We would like to draw your specific attention to the fact that if you commence build up at an earlier date, i.e. prior to the official build up date of 10.03.2024, you will do so at your own risk. Within the scope of the law, Koelnmesse GmbH assumes no liability.

The booking of an eSlot (time slot) is mandatory for access to the exhibition grounds.
