Patented Handling System – Autospeed
Our innovative AutoSpeed patent is a cutting-edge technology that automates and optimizes the performance of sealing operations. The J Pack device is equipped with a system of photocells that work in conjunction with the loading shuttle. It loads, transports, and ejects trays automatically, streamlining the packaging process. By selecting the automatic cycle, the continuous feed sensor detects the presence of trays, allowing for uninterrupted feeding. This feature accelerates the machine operation, making the packaging process faster and more consistent, and ultimately improving efficiency.
Compact Sizes
Thanks to the reduced dimensions, this automatic machine can be placed everywhere. The inox trolley with the integrated pump helps save space and facilitates the machine installation.
Shuttle Speed Control
Adapt the machine to your production needs. Using two simple taps, it is possible to regulate the speed of the loading shuttle while a switcher allows you to choose between automatic and semi-automatic mode.
Intuitive Control Board
The control board has been conceived to simplify the settings of the different sealing parameters. The display shows in an intuitive way all the different steps of the sealing process facilitating the monitoring of the production process as well as maintenance operations.
Multiple sealing options
The compact automatic tray sealer TSS136 has been conceived for granting the maximum flexibility in terms of packaging. Choose between different sealing technologies: only sealing, vacuum, vacuum and gas (MAP), skin as well overskin of protruding products.

With the innovative OVERSKIN technology, packing protruding products has become easier than ever before. Now, you can pack products up to 40mm away from the edge of the tray, giving you more flexibility and options for packaging. This technology has revolutionized the way we pack products and has made it possible to pack even the most challenging products with ease and precision.
Improve packaging and labelling
Speed up the automatization of the packaging and labelling process combining the tray sealer with our built-in thermal printer. The printing area of 107 x 400mm allows infinite customizations. The software support barcodes, qr codes as well as logo pictures in several formats.
