Modular sauce production unit completely equipped with vaccuum and heating system, if needed. MixMIM complete reactor ranges combines InoxMIM expertise in mixing with TANDEM or GFL vertical anchor type mixer as well as high-shear bottom mixer EMF or EMFL for a proper particle size reduction or straight dispersion of powders or liquids.
The unit is designed to be fully automatic, independent, and while connected to plant main services such as steam or hot water (heat geenration module also availabe), compressed air and CIP lines (Self-cleaning unit is also available) it can prepare any receipt saved.
