About Elia Henrichs
Elia Henrichs received a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Brewery and Beverage Technology from the Technical University of Munich, Germany, in 2018 and 2020, respectively. Since January 2021, he is a research assistant and PhD student at the Department of Food Informatics at the University of Hohenheim in Stuttgart, Germany. His research interests include the use of blockchain technology and the determination of food quality with smart sensors in the food supply chain.
