Lisa Call is currently working at the Department of Crop Sciences at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU) in Vienna. She recently completed her PhD in food technology, in which she focused on wheat components that are related to allergies and other hypersensitivities. She was awarded the DLG-Innovation Award for her doctoral thesis on this topic.
