Nadeen Althoff

N. K. Althoff, 1956, industrial clerk, business administration bachelor, bio-Kombu'Cha brewer and beverage developer. 34 years of practical research and development (R&D) work on 'colloidal foods', 'living drinking water' and 'living beverages'. Development of unpasteurised fruit concentrates and lemonades (enzyme drinks). Bio'Fach-Award winner for "Organic Product of the Year 1994". Development of the nature-compliant BORMIA Bio-Colloid Spring Water Generator and BORMIA Bio-Colloid Homogeniser as a 1:1 copy from nature (BIONIK). In 2018 - for the first time - these devices have been scientifically, i.e. 'cell biological & biophysical' certified. Althoff has been calling for the paradigm shift in water research for many years, gives regular expert lectures at international water congresses as well as publications on the topic: "Living water, what is it?".
