Thomas Tyborski is a State Certified Chemical Engineer and works for Ecolab, a global leader in cleaning, disinfection and hygiene. Ecolab's goal is to make the world a safer, cleaner and healthier place.
Thomas Tyborski has led technical teams in industrial food manufacturing for many years. This includes various food safety issues and assessing the qualification of plant systems in terms of their cleanability.
Currently, Thomas Tyborski leads a European application technology team with a focus on the dairy processing industry.
He has been working for many years in working groups of the European Hygienic and Engineering Design Group (EHEDG), for example on the guideline for cleaning validation published in September 2021.
He has also been a member of the DLG Technical Committee for the Dairy Industry for several years.
