Impressions of Day 1

Anuga FoodTec 2024 kicked off with an inspiring keynote when Sandrine Dixson-Declève, Co-President of the Club of Rome, took to the stage. With a strong call to take action, she underlined the urgent need to implement progressive approaches and new technologies to make the production more sustainable.

In addition to the short workshops, start-up pitches and panels, the award ceremony of the International FoodTec Awards was a further highlight. Outstanding industry innovations were honoured here.
