JBT alco Spiral Oven

The JBT alco spiral oven is used for cooking and/or browning your products with steam, hot convection air or both. Thanks to its spiral-shaped belt guide, there is plenty of space for products in our oven. Depending on the belt width, the JBT alco spiral oven can process more than 2 tons of products per hour. This means that large quantities of your products are cooked extremely efficiently and evenly in the spiral oven, achieving optimum color and consistency and minimizing moisture loss from the product. A guided, horizontal air flow ensures even heat distribution across the entire belt width. The efficient heat transfer enables a high yield of juicy, cooked, browned and visually appealing products. Due to the variable setting parameters such as temperature, humidity, cooking time or air speed, the cooking conditions can be set individually depending on your product. The spiral ovens can therefore be used very flexibly for almost any product.  Even larger products such as whole chickens, burgers or lasagne get their appetizing browning and juicy consistency.
