The event

Flavourtech’s technologies are used by market leaders for the continuous production of RTD & Soluble Coffee & Tea products produced from slurries. New developments allow yields required by the Soluble Coffee industry to be achieved while maintaining natural Roast&Ground flavours in the final product.

The same technologies can be used to recover FTNF (From the Named Fruit) aromas from fruit and vegetable mash and purees, as well as aromas and essential oils from herbs and spices.

By processing slurries of the raw material, or purees (in the case of fruit & vegetables), fresh natural aromas can be recovered while maximising the overall aroma yield.

This presentation will introduce Flavourtech’s Integrated Extraction System (IES) and Spinning Cone Column (SCC) technologies and explain how they can help companies improve product quality and market share.
