The event

The Future Food Series is a hybrid panel format in which experts and founders talk about current developments and challenges in the market. The discussion will be moderated by Albrecht Wolfmeyer and Fabio Ziemßen. The aim is to provide an overview of the current market situation and to discuss hurdles and strategies with all those involved.

At Anuga FoodTec, the focus will be on the scaling of new technologies in the field of alternative protein sources or new processes.
