The event

What can large companies learn from young start-ups?

How can innovative founders be given market access through cooperation with industry partners?

And why does such a cooperation have a great potential to bring more sustainability into the food industry?

In this session, Melissa Ott (Managing Director) and Thomas Glaser (Program Manager THE MISSION Food) from Futury together with Christian Hamerle (Head of Food Service Innovation, Dussmann) & Monika Černiauskaitė, (Co-Founder, Brew Bites) will provide answers to these questions. They use 5 years of experience from building up a large number of start-up industrial company cooperations within their programme THE MISSION.

Through its sustainability initiative THE MISSION, Futury brings together industry partners along the entire value chain with young start-ups to jointly bring innovative and sustainable solutions to market. THE MISSION was launched in 2019 together with Handelsblatt, Schwarz Gruppe and Bain & Company and focuses on three thematic ecosystems: construction, waste and food.
