Our static dryer is used to produce dry or semidry products, the static drier operates non-continuously, the production is obtained using low temperature, allowing to maintain unchanged the characteristics of the vegetable (vitamins, minerals, texture and color).The drying module consists of an aero thermal group and an AISI 304 stainless steel cabin containing 5 carts and 60 food PP (polypropylene) grid stackable trays for each cart.
