PROBIALAC LINE - THE BIOPROTECTORS BY ALCE GROUP: FOR DELICIOUS AND SAFE DAIRY PRODUCTS Visit us - Pavilion 4.1, Stand A064

In the dairy industry, food safety is crucial. That's why the use of bioprotectors represents a significant step towards ensuring high-quality products. Bioprotectors exploit the antimicrobial potential of lactic acid bacteria, which produce a range of compounds capable of inhibiting the growth of pathogens.

Through a rigorous scientific approach, Alce Group has developed three flagship products for protection against a wide range of pathogenic microorganisms:

· PROBIALAC MXP LRPS and PROBIALAC BS, effective against Gram-negative bacteria and Listeria, with different microbial compositions

· PROBIALAC PR, specifically targeting coliforms, yeasts, and molds, also due to the presence of propionic acid

In addition to protecting against pathogens such as Escherichia coli and Salmonella, these antimicrobial agents also contribute to the prolonged preservation of dairy products, reducing reliance on artificial preservatives.

As Dr. Elena Mogna, CEO of the Group, states, "Our researchers have conducted combined tests - in vitro and on the field - to ensure that our products meet high standards of quality and safety, aiming to provide a reliable solution to the dairy industry. We will continue to invest in research and development to address the emerging challenges of the sector and to offer advanced solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. With our bioprotectors, we aim not only to guarantee food safety but also to promote a higher standard of quality and sustainability throughout the sector."

The Alce Group invites you to discover its product line at Pavilion 4.1, Stand A064.
