About Dipl.-Chem. Stephanie Malek
Stephanie Malek works as R&D project manager at Heinen and develops cleaning technology for spiral conveyors. Advising customers on the design of the cleaning process and special hygiene requirements are in her hands. She also conducts numerous employee training courses on hygienic design and cleaning and disinfection in the company.
After studying chemistry, Stephanie initially gained experience as a project manager in research and development as well as in prototype construction. After training as a quality auditor according to DIN EN ISO 19011:2018 (TÜV Hessen), Stephanie specialized in food safety and has completed her specialist knowledge in recent years with further training in the areas of HACCP, IFS food certification and cleaning and disinfection as PRP.
