New: SpherHelics® hollow sphere mixer for bulk materials

On the occasion of the company's 40th anniversary in 2023, amixon® has added an interesting study to its existing product portfolio. The mixing chamber is defined as a hollow sphere.

The SpherHelics® mixer can mix gently or aggressively desagglomerating. The mixing cycles are short. Energy consumption is very low due to low friction and low resistance. Liquid additions are distributed quickly and accurately. Automatic wet and dry cleaning can be performed easily and quickly. The novel mixer is also characterized by good residual discharge of free-flowing materials.

A 400 liter pilot mixer is available for trials in the amixon® test center. It is suitable for all types of dry, moist and wet bulk materials/powders.
