Tray Sealer WEBOMATIC® TL 300

The WEBOMATIC® TL 300:

A robust, semi-automatic tray sealer combine ease of use with reliability and can also be equipped with a skin tool.

They are ideally suited as an entry-level machine in the tray packaging sector for companies that require small productions, or as an additional machine in larger production facilities or laboratories to cover sampling and new product launches.

Its advanced technology ensures that food is safely and hygienically sealed, extending its shelf life and quality in various conditions.

The TL 300 tray sealer is easy to use even for beginners. The operator simply fills the product into the trays and closes the drawer. 

This machine, which is also characterized by its solid construction, has proven itself in practice for many years. Its robust design enables it to withstand tough working conditions.

The reliable tray sealers are designed according to WEBOMATIC CleanDesign® criteria. The hygienically protected film chamber is also worthy of note: the cover protects the operator from the film, leaving it perfectly sealed to the product.

The machine is capable of both external and optional internal cutting. As optional equipment, WEBOMATIC offers a tool that can produce both skin and MAP packaging. This enables an extremely fast production changeover.

The specially extended chamber allows for a variety of tray formats and tray arrangements – up to ½ standard Euro box size and ½ standard Gastronomy (½ GN) container size (max tray size 400 x 300 x 120 mm).

These compact packaging machines can process all sealable pre-formed trays (e.g., cardboard, plastic, renewable materials, aluminum).
