SuperStatic Retort

The JBT SuperStatic Retort can sterilize foods such as beans, fruits, vegetables, meat, soups, and pet food. This retort is equipped with a LOGTEC Process Controller coupled with a Steam Water Spray System (SWS), ensuring uniform and efficient thermal processing of your packaged foods.

The JBT SuperStatic Retort employs innovative features to minimize steam and water usage while optimizing product throughput. It incorporates patented LESS technology and Steam Water Spray (SWS) process to reduce process water heating and cooling.

The Steam boost valve enhances heat delivery, and a high-efficiency heat exchanger speeds up cooling and the increased process water flow ensures uniform temperature, and clog-resistant nozzles reduce maintenance time. The JBT SuperStatic has shown a reduction in come-up time of up to 30% and cooling time reduction of up to 34%, allowing your operations to be more efficient, maximizing water and energy consumptions.

The system also includes the LOG-TEC™ Momentum Process Management, a CFR 21 Part 11 compliant interface for reviewing and approving thermal process cycles, offering phase overviews, manual intervention logs, and alarm summaries.
