Vegetables are just as well heated in hot oil as meat. Potatos, falafel or meatballs are given their own individually set process temperature. The cooking process is controlled by the throughput time and the oil temperature to achieve the desired, optimum cooking effect, optimum product color and optimum yield. The products are heated using either efficient, energy-saving electric or thermal oil-heated heating elements.
