Brine basin FT130 and FT200

The FT 130/FT200 supplies the injectors of the IMAX ECOLINE series with up to 200 liters of brine. An external scraping rotary filter automatically ensures effective filtration of the return brine.

Disposal of the filter residues is possible without interrupting production. The filtered brine is returned to the injector through the stationary suction filter. The basin ensures a high degree of utilization of the brine with a quantity residual material.

Quick and effective cleaning – disassembly is possible without tools. To allow for easy cleaning there is a place to hang all parts of the brine basin, the rotary filter can be swung out. The patented quick-lock system allows the suction filter to be removed within seconds.
